Courtney works sessions on Wednesdays 9-2

Courtney is a Usui Holy Fire ® ️ III Reiki Master and Certified Facilitator for the emotional process Integrative Processing Technique (IPT). She graduated from the Institute of Healing Arts with a Clinic in Excellence and Community Leadership awards. She has been working with clients all over the country with Prism Healing for 2 years. Her work is unique using the vibrations of shapes and colors to release trapped energy and negative belief systems. She also specializes in generational and ancestral trauma. She enjoys studying the ancient healing practices of the Celtic and Druid traditions and just got back from a two week Pilgrimage to the Sacred sights of England and Wales. All the knowledge and wisdom of these ancient customs and traditions guide her healing work.

The IPT is a blend of talk therapy, energy healing and guided meditation. It is an excellent modality for integrating right and left brain, inner child work, shadow work, and reprogramming neural pathways as well as being powerful energy healing. This is a deeply healing journey to discovering the subconscious self-sabotaging systems within and emerging with a more clear path to your Higher Self. Clients experience lessening of anxiety or triggers and process emotional events of all levels of Trauma. All IPT sessions are Reiki infused as well. Sessions are 90 minutes.

Reiki sessions with Courtney will include intuitive healing energy flow through Meridians of the body, Chakra balance drumming, aura cleansing, visualizations and affirmations to raise vibrations of health and set your journey to becoming the best and most authentic version of your Self. All of these modalities are helpful in connecting physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental aspects of ourselves to greater overall health. These sessions are 90 or 60 minutes.

Stephanie works sessions Mondays 9:30-7 and Thursdays 5-8:30

Bio: My journey started long before my birth entering my current life. I feel very blessed I was adopted into a family at the age of 8 with a grandpa and grandma who guided me on how share light and love through energy work and charka healing. It is my grandpa who has led me on my path today use my empathic soul to help others feel whole again and come into the light.

I knew at a very young age of ten, my purpose in this life was going be very large and needed learn and prepare myself. I loved growing up going outside and watching the grass. trees vibrate and aura colors swirl around my family and friends.

Sessions with Stephanie: Stephanie is certified in USUI /Holy Fire as a Karuna Reiki Master and teacher. She has a passion for working with crystals, singing bowls and the healing properties they embody. She utilized these energetic tools to assist her clients in finding balance and discovering (rediscovering) their inner light.

Sessions with Stephanie will assist clients in connecting with the unconditional universal love and light from their guides and angels. Stephanie assists clients in connecting more consciously to their higher self to receive guidance and inspiration that is asked to be shared with the client, which they feel will assist the client on their unique life journey. She will balance the energies within your various energy centers (your chakras) and your auric field which allows the client to experience more peace and balance within their daily activities and processes.

After the session, you will discuss the nature of your blocked chakras and how you can utilize crystals to assist in your healing according to your unique needs.
